Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive. Once your plushie is made we will send confirmation. We shall also send shipping confirmation to you so you know when to expect your plushie. Gifts for Cavy Slaves: Tote bags, cavy clocks, shirts, mugs, pellet bowls, badges, cushions and cards are all individually screen printed. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive. Extra charges may be included in your order to express ship screen printed items. Guinea Pig Essentials: All items are shipped same day payment received. If you do not receive your order within 5 - 7 working days please Contact Us. Order are all shipping with wrapping and bubble wrap where necessary. Once items are sent your will receive confirmation via email. Returns Guinea pig plushes: If you are not happy with the plushie you have purchased, or would like to exchange for another plushie please return the plush/s you purchased in the same condition and we will issue a full refund or exchange within 14 days. No exchanges or refunds after the 14 day period. We will not accept torn or otherwise not in as new condition plushes. Gifts for Cavy Slaves: Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if you are not satisfied.
